Caviar de Venise is produced in Calvisano, Italy by Agroitice - a natural fish farm (60 hectares)of White Sturgeon and Siberian Sturgeon, where avant-garde systems control hygiene measures and the observance of quality standards.

Unlike wild caviar, which can only be extracted twice a year and therefore must be preserved by using heavy salting, Caviar de Venise is extracted practically throughout the year and only requires about 3% salting like a true Malossol.

Conforming to EU standards, Caviar de Venise is processed and packed in strict observation of the health and hygiene HACCP stantards.
