Cream Fresh

An all natural, cultured cream product that is a culinary alternative to heavy cream and sour cream.

For a savory sauce, blend a tablespoon each of Cream Fresh and your favorite wine with pan juices after sauteeing meat or poultry.
Enhance the flavor and texture of your vinaigrette or salad dressing by blending in a tablespoon of Cream Fresh.
Sweeten to taste and spoon over fresh berries or fruit.
Create an elegant dessert topping by whisking Cream Fresh with 1-2 Tbsp. of sugar and your favorite liqueur or flavoring until Cream Fresh thickens to desired consistency.
