Frozen Foie Gras by Hudson Valley (1.5 LB)

This whole duck foie gras grade A weighs about 1 lbs and comes from moulard ducks who have been fed only with corn for two and a half weeks.
It's perfect for all seared preparations. Will serve 8 as an appetizer. Vacuum-packed, shipped frozen. Will keep one week in the refrigerator, six months in the freezer.
