The Kaluga just like Beluga is a large sturgeon. It is found in the Amur River.The largest grain and most delicate in flavor of sturgeon eggs, Kaluga caviar tastes somewhat like the sea with buttery overtones. Its color varies from medium to dark brown with a clear and glossy finish.

The caviar only has big eggs, very fresh, with minimal salt content of 2%, containing no preservatives which guarantee the highest ecological grade.
