A long life product, steam pressuruzed for sterilization.
A concentrated product, uniquely made by finely grating the
Tuber albidum Pico and adding extra virgin olive oil.
The product can be used for tartine, hot and cold crostini, for seasoning pasta, for garnishing.
We recommend diluting it with cream, butter, and besciamella sauce or with creamy cheese, depending on preference of taste.
Recommended quantity: 50g of butter to 25g of Cream.
STORE:
At room temperature. Once opened, keep in refrigerated and consume within several days.
