Raw Black Truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) sliced and covered with oil. A very delicate and pleasant aroma.

Serving Suggestions:
This product is created for seasoning and garnishing. Due to the special characteristic of this truffle, it's flavor is not altered with cooking. It is particularly recommended for second course dishes in general, for bruschette, meat carpaccio, on bresaola, cheeses and if you want to add a special touch to salads.

Storing:
This is a long shelf life product. It is steam pressurized for sterilization. Store at room temperature; once opened keep refrigerated and consume within several days.
