These truffles are cooked in salt and water and differ in their aroma and taste from the fresh type. This product also differs from "extra" quality, because the truffle may have an irregular shape or may be slightly torn.
Recommended for first course dishes, for stuffing galantine, omelettes,for garnishing tartine,and pizza. The liquid contained in the jar could be used with the condiment.
A sterilized long shelf life product (36 months). Store at room temperature; once opened, keep refridgerated and consume within several days.
