|If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, are processed same-day.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday are processed same-day only if accompanied by an extra $25.00 Saturday Delivery fee. |
All other orders are processed next business day.
Can I choose the delivery method during I place the order?
To ensure fresh arrival, all caviar products are packed with special insulated boxes with gel ice and shipped only with a FedEx Overnight method. Shipping charges vary from $35.00 - $45.00, depending on the size of your order. For all non-perishable items you can choose your method of delivery during the check out. Options include FedEx Priority Overnight with above rates or FedEx Ground with flat rate of $19.90. Additional fee of $25.00 will be applied to all Saturday delivery orders.
What payment methods does 800-caviar.com accept?
800-Caviar.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders as well as wire transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before any shipment will be made.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the continental US only. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prohibits shipment of caviar beyond US borders.
We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses as well.
What is your store's Return and Exchange policy?
Since our products are highly delicate and perishable, the merchandize should be inspected by customer immediately upon its delivery. If a problem exists with a perishable product, the claim must be submitted within 24 hours upon delivery.
If itís necessary to return or exchange the product, the buyer should notify the 800-Caviar.com via via contact form or give us a call at 1-(800) 932-9302.
All returns must be shipped to the return address indicated on the package in good condition and properly chilled with ice packs.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned products prior granting credit or refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the perishable nature of the merchandise.
