Since our products are highly delicate and perishable, the merchandize should be inspected by customer immediately upon its delivery.
If a problem exists with a perishable product, the claim must be submitted within 24 hours upon delivery.

All returns must be shipped to the return address indicated on the package in good condition and properly chilled with ice packs.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned products prior granting credit or refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to the perishable nature of the merchandise.
