Note: As you can see overall my experience was excellent and I would recommend this vendor to everyone (and have). My only suggestion is that it be clearer where you put the date you need the delivery. Somehow I missed this when I was ordering online and then had to call several times and try to reach the company to tell them exactly when I needed the delivery.

Note: The website photos and descriptions of the Beluga Caviar and Gooseliver Pate were flawless in reflecting the delivered items. I would have preferred UPS over FedEx (as the latter can never find our house-and we have flawless service from UPS;) however, it arrived within 24-hours of my order being placed, which was perfect! Their only fault was through the customer service phone line that I called to inquire about deliveries; the representative (probably not the actual merchant) was rude and short with me. But, the wonderful Caviar and Pate, at delivered price to compare to walking into a New York specialty grocer, was for me, excellent! Ill be back, over and over!
