Our Cold-Process, farmed white sturgeon is cured in a marinade that calls for a precise blend of salt, sugar and mild spices to enhance the subtle flavor of sturgeon meat.

This traditional Scandinavian delicacy is cured for three days using our special touch, and then covered with finely chopped dill. This smoked sturgeon is not fully smoked, but instead cured with brandy and a delicate mixture of spices for a special taste.
